What’s included in the course?

We go through the process of swatching and testing your ideas. And of course, we get started with the grading math! Such a fun and empowering chapter that definitely lift you in your knitwear designer journey!

Lesson One: Math

Lesson Four: Building Blocks & 3D

This chapter is a fun one! It’s about thinking in 3D and how I use the method “Building Blocks” to both visualize the needs in a garment, but also for inspiration and creativity!

In this lesson we go through body measurements and also positive and negative ease for grading.

Super important part in being inclusive in your designing!

Lesson Five: Writing Patterns

In this last lesson I go through the aspects of writing clear patterns. And in this chapter we cover the subject of meterage calculations!

Lesson Two: Body Measurements

This is the meat of the course! I go through the process of grading a raglan, compound raglan, circular yoke and a dropped shoulder. In this lesso there will also be information about socks, mittens and shawl constructions.

Extra Material

I have a video with A Last Chat where I speak about designing work, inspiration, how to secure money as a online worker and organization!
It’s a very open conversation about the ups and downs about being self employed!
